Brief introduction: ZP850-9 Rotary Tablet Press is suitable for production of round, lump, spherical and annular tablet from granule materials. It is widely used in foodstuff, chemical and electronic industries. It can not be used to press semi-solid, wet granule, low solubility, and hygroscopic or fine power materials. ZP850-9 series has 2 models
ZP850-9-A machine: in anti-corrosion configuration for corrosive tablets. It is especially used in production for TCCA tablet or other corrosive tablets.ZP850-9-B machine: in stainless steel configuration for common tablets. It can press 9 tablets in one output and about 6500 tablets in one hour.
Introduction: ZP850-9 Machine is derived by motors ( step-less speed regulation is controlled by inverters) →pulley driven→worm driven→turntable driven by the spindle for rotating clockwise. The technological process for tablet pressing of this machine is material feeding, filling, tablet pressing and tablet out continuously. During the operation process, turntable with 9sets of dies drives for rotating clockwise. The up and down punch die moves up and down along the curve track, and conduct pressing action through the pressure roller.
ZP850-9-A machine: in anti-corrosion configuration
ZP850-9-A is especially used in production for TCCA tablet or other corrosive tablets.*Its mould or other key parts are made of Titanium material which is anti-rust and anti corrosion. *It is covered with anti-corrosion paint which help machine keep from pollution.* All machine parts are made for TCCA tablets production.
ZP850-9-B machine: in stainless steel configuration
ZP850-9-B is used in production of common tablets. *Its mould is made of common steel.*It is covered with common paint.
